Shipping costs are calculated differently depending on each product�s volume and weight. Your shipment is sent by DHL & Dachser. The delivery time is usually within a week. Backorders will not be sent freight free.

You must be over 18 years to act on this website. Your provided customer information must be accurate and you must complete all required fields. You may only act in your own name.


After an approved credit we apply the invoice as a payment method. You have 30 days to pay the invoice from the day the goods are sent from us. In the unlikeness that the credit check does not pass, you can still shop with us, but you have to pay the goods in advance.

Shipping damage and complaints

We are not responsible for shipping damages. Transport damages must be reported directly to DHL and treated according to their terms. Inspect the goods when you receive it. If goods are damaged, opened or if something is missing, it must be noted on the bill and signed by the driver. In order to get compensation, it is important that both you and the carrier retains a copy of the bill.

Contact us if you have received the wrong item or if an item is damaged (not shipping damage). Complaints must be made within 8 days after the delivery.

In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information for the sole purpose of completing and providing the service you expect from us. According to PUL (Personal Data Act) you are entitled to obtain the information we have registered about you and if you consider it incorrect or irrelevant you may request correction or removal from our customer register.
